Hedonism II Non Group Cancellation Terms

HEDONISM II (non-group) CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. Any FIT reservation cancelled greater than 45 days before arrival is subject to $125 per person cancellation fee.
  2. Any FIT reservation canceled 45 - 31 day(s) before arrival is subject to a $250 per person cancellation fee.
  3. Any FIT reservation canceled 30 - 16 day(s) before arrival is subject to a 50% cancellation fee of total amount.
  4. Any FIT reservation canceled 15 - 0 day(s) before arrival is subject to a 100% cancellation fee of total amount.
  5. All "No Shows" are non-refundable and subject to 100% of the total amount paid.
  6. All "Partial stays" are non-refundable and subject to 100% of the total amount paid.

Hedonism  Cancel Policy for Groups:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Any cancellation made Before 120 days prior to travel is subject to a $150 per person cancellation fee.
  2. Any cancellation made on or After 120 days prior to travel is subject to 25% Penalty
  3. Any cancellation made on or After 90 days prior to travel is subject to 50% Penalty
  4. Any cancellation made on or After 45 days prior to travel is subject to No Refund
  5. All "No Shows" are non-refundable and subject to 100% of the total amount paid.
  6. All "Partial stays" are non-refundable and subject to 100% of the total amount paid

Hedonism II Change For Any Reason Waiver only $55/ person

Purchase Change For Any Reason Waiver within 7 days of your initial deposit and you will be allowed to cancel or change your hotel arrangements up to the day of departure for any reason. This Cancellation Waiver does NOT cover flights, lost baggage, trip interruption or any optional activities such as sightseeing, spa/salon services, wedding license processing fees and extras. The Cancellation Waiver only covers the cost of your hotel stay. The Cancel For Any Reason Waiver may not be purchased after you have made your final payment for your Trip. This Cancellation Waiver Benefit is provided by Hedonism II and is not an insurance benefit. IMPORTANT: THE CANCELLATION WAIVER BECOMES ACTIVE AFTER YOU INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL, IT DOES NOT OFFER A CASH REFUND BUT ALLOWS YOU TO CHANGE DATES WITHOUT PENALTY.  THE VALUE OF YOUR HOTEL PORTION WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A FUTURE DATE UP ONE YEAR OF ORIGINAL TRAVEL DATE.
